Myrtleford Golf Club:- Event Heat & Cancellation Policy

Golf Australia and Golf Victoria Heat policies have been taken into consideration in this implementation.

Heat Policy

• If the Bureau of Metrology, Victoria, forecasts, by 6 p.m. the night before, that the maximum temperature will be 40 degrees at the Club holding the next day’s activity, then the event will be cancelled.
• Registration is at 8.30 a.m. with a shotgun start at 9:30 a.m. to avoid the hottest part of the day

Refunds & Cancellations

• Full refund if Clubs cancel the event.

• An entrant may withdraw and have their entry fee refunded providing notification is received at least seven days prior to the commencement of the event.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations within seven days.  Application must be made to the Tournament Secretary.
• Players must consider that expenses are accrued in the planning and implementation of the event.
• Personal circumstances i.e. bereavement in family, will be considered favourably.
