Course
The drainage works commenced a couple of weeks ago have basically been finished but need a lot of tidying up and a few further improvements. We will be negotiating with the contactor about this.
Further drainage maintenance works will be completed in coming weeks.
Working Bee this Sunday 7th April
Don’t forget there’s a working bee on Sunday at 8am, real time….no excuse for turning up at 9am cos you haven’t put your clocks back!!!
The main tasks in trimming the trees on the Front Nine have been allocated to those who have already put their hands up already but we encourage more to attend.
Alpine Classic
The Alpine Classic was held last week with a great effort by many of our members assisting. The Ladies catered on both days. Robyn and Peter Ternes did a great job in organizing the event – special thanks to both of you.
Special thanks to members who have loaned their carts. Barrie and Judy Bynon, John and Barb Welch (a special thanks to both couples as we call upon their carts regularly), Andrew and Craig McKerral, Brendan and Robert Wheeler and Paul Cowman
We thank our sponsors, Alpine Shire Council, Winsec Savings and Loans, Arderns Caravan Park, Myrtleford Furnishings and Floors, Myrtleford Holiday Park and Henry and Rita Hilton.
Saturday 20th April
We have a visiting Social Golf Club and we are changing our format for that day to accommodate them. We will be holding a Stableford Shotgun start commencing at 11.30am for Men and Ladies. Please place your name on the Entry Sheet at the Clubhouse.
