Saturday 04/05 Mens Stableford -
We had a great field of 41 players on Saturday - A and B grades for the men and a ladies comp - in the Drummond Golf sponsored Monthly Medal.
Craig Piazza had a great round (5 birdies, 9 pars, 4 bogies) 70/64 nett!! Needless to say that was good enough to win A grade & the MM!!
Rup Alan Rockliff 70 nett. Not too shabby either.
B grade winner was Andrew Roseby 90/72, Rup Bruce Fleming from Rich River GC 73 c/b.
Beechworth’s Nada Guyatt had best score of the ladies, 70 nett Rup Jan Roseby 75.

Sunday 05/05 Mens Pennant
Following a great season, today culminated in the finals of the 2024 Sunday Pennant competition.
With Jubile Golf Club presenting an extermely well presented golf course and the weather gods being kind to all, a great daywas had.

Tuesday 07/05 Ladies Stroke Monthly Medal
Monthly Medal day and a very excited Heather Street was our winner 114/73 nett, rup Jan Harper 108/74, ball winners Jan Roseby 75, c/b Kerry Newton, Barb Welch 76.
9 hole winner Marg Curtis 44/36 nett, rup Jen Leita 64/38.

After our game there was a flurry of clubhouse activity to prepare for the Tournament starting on Thursday.
On course it was all action as well - our very own rockstar, Rocky, and his digger creating lovely overpasses above new drainage pipes and clearing out blocked drains. Barrie B & his plumber mate working their magic on the Clubhouse sewer to try and rid us of the persistent smell. Mowers going full steam ahead.
Wednesday 08/05 Mens Stableford
Andrew Roseby managed to score 38 pts to be today’s winner. Rup Alan Rockliff 36, Bill O’Donohue 35, c/b Tony Chapman, Steve Piddington.

Thursday 09/05 Ladies Bowl – Annual Tournament
Today we hosted 103 players in our Bowl event. Weather was mild, track was fast, the day was a huge success thanks to the fantastic input from our members. Few in numbers but with a heart as HUGE as Texas!!
The Tarrawingee girls took out the Bowl - Toni Wilson, Andrea Simmons, Joan Quarrell & Lucia Dapos. There were some amazing scores - everyone loved the run.

Annual tournament Day 2
4BBB MEN’s & LADIES’ event.
It all started in the kitchen - massive effort by the team - then the office, went like clockwork. Ultimately, we’re all there to play golf! There were 58 players who enjoyed perfect conditions. No threatened rain and turned out quite warm.
Mens Winners Chris Rowney & Jade Galvan 48pts, Rups Andrew Loftus & Peter Stewart 45, c/b Spider & Aaron Jose.
Ladies’ winners Debbie Tully & Margo Northey 47pts, Rups Jan Harper & Sandra Piazza 46.
At the close of play it was all about the juniors and the club provided lessons- the golfers of tomorrow.
