Yesterday, Myrtleford Golf Club hosted the Ovens and Murray Past Players. This event has been running for 18 years and all credit goes to John Welch who pulls it all together every year. He receives wonderful support from his wife Barb and Gill Piggott.

There was a team's event, winners were David Clark, Craig Piazza and Andrew Roseby, runners up were Bimbo Wales and Peter Stewart

Congratualation

A little bit late, but on behalf of the Club, I extend my congratualations to Brody and Riley on becoming fathers. Also the Grandparents Marnie and Jim and the Great Grandparents Judy and Barry, Not sure how many Great Grandparents we have in the Club, but well done to you all.

Great also to see Faye around the clubhouse now that her caste has been removed. With one hand she has been busy embroidering towels to be used as prizes. Thanks Faye and hopefully you will be back in the swing very soon. With all the news with heart attacks, we send our best wishes to Greg Robbins on his scare and looking forward to seeing you Greg on the course soon.

Ladies Pennant

Last Monday, our ladies played in the first round of pennant. They played Mansfield at Thurgona and lost 3/2.
